With four decades of experience in the social housing sector, Martyn has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry.
Under his leadership, North Devon Homes has embraced innovative approaches to housing development and community engagement, including successful joint ventures with for-profit providers and local authorities. Martyn is passionate about creating sustainable housing solutions that not only meet the immediate needs of residents but also contribute to the long-term prosperity of the region through building communities where people want to live.
