Paul was the Director of Governance & Legal Services and Group Secretary at The Guinness Partnership Limited, one of the largest affordable housing and care providers in the United Kingdom. He retired after 21 years from The Guinness Partnership in April 2017.
Paul has extensive executive and non-executive experience working on Boards and Committees. This includes roles as Director or as Secretary on the main Board, Subsidiary Company Boards, Remuneration and Nominations Committee, Service and Performance Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.
Paul’s initial career was in audit and management accounting. He is a Chartered Secretary by qualification.
Paul is also a Trustee of Tandem Group Pension Plan, a Non-Exec. Director and Member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee of Verity Trustees Limited, and Trustee and Treasurer of Ellesborough Parish Hall.
Paul is also Chair of our Audit and Risk Committee and sits on the Group Remuneration and People Committee.
