Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)
Over the coming year you may receive a call, text message or email from us, asking you to take part in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) Survey. The survey contains 12 questions and should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
We’re doing this survey so that we can understand where we are doing well and where we need to improve. It will also help us see how we're performing against the TSMs, which were introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) from 1st April 2023.
Once the results are in, they will be anonymised, carefully reviewed and findings used to improve the services we provide to customers. Each year, we will share our performance with customers and the RSH.
