North Devon Homes (NDH) has a small portfolio of commercial units within our stock that are available to let by local businesses. Our portfolio includes units in Barnstaple town centre as well as within more rural communities in North Devon. At the moment, these commercial units range from shops and offices to libraries and cafes.

We aim to support local businesses within our communities to help support our local economy.

Our commercial units currently include the following:

  • Two units in Lynton - let
  • Three units in Barnstaple - let
  • Eight units in Ilfracombe - six let, two available

We currently have two units in the Candar, Ilfracombe for let.
