Garages
North Devon Homes currently owns and lets out garages throughout North Devon. The garages are let on a weekly licence for the storage of a motor vehicle only (which includes motor bikes).

How much does it cost?
Charges are between £10.50 and £18 per week, depending on whether you are a customer of North Devon Homes or not and where the garage is located. Rent is payable monthly by Direct Debit. We require a £50 deposit, which is held on account until your licence ends, and we ask for four weeks' rent in advance at sign-up. This gives us time to set up your Direct Debit with your bank.
If you are a customer of North Devon Homes, you must not be in breach of your terms and conditions of your tenancy to rent a garage, for example, being in rent arrears.
