Social & Affordable Rental Housing
If you rent one of our homes, we will support you by providing advice and information on a range of issues including health and safety, gas servicing, home improvements, water and energy use, benefits, and budgeting.
We have a dedicated repairs service to fix your home’s repairs. In addition, we have an out-of-hours service to enable a quick response to emergency repairs.
We work to ensure that your neighbourhood is a well-maintained, pleasant, and safe place to live. We have a grounds maintenance programme to keep communal grass, hedges, and shrubs tidy, and we regularly inspect footpaths. Our Neighbourhoods Team can provide help, advice, and support about the area where you live.
How to get a property to rent
All our vacant properties are advertised through a choice-based lettings system called Devon Home Choice. To register for a property with us, you will need to register with Devon Home Choice. This applies whether you are new to the area or an existing housing association customer.
The easiest way to join the Devon Home Choice register is to visit their website at Devon Home Choice website and complete the online registration form.
If you would like more information about Devon Home Choice, housing benefits, or if you are worried that you are at risk of homelessness, please contact North Devon Council's Housing Options Team for independent advice on 01271 388870 or email [email protected].
