Common Rooms

The common rooms at our sheltered schemes are a resource that can be enjoyed by customers and the wider community. Common rooms are available to all customers living on a scheme to hold events; however, the rooms can also be hired by local community groups.

Currently, across our schemes our common rooms are used for bingo sessions, coffee mornings, memory cafes, breakfast clubs, lunches prepared by students from Petroc, Cinema Club, bell ringing and theatre groups.

We have common rooms available to hire in Barnstaple, South Molton and Ilfracombe. Our rooms are bright and modern, and all have fully equipped kitchens.
